One of our guiding principles at PEC is “creating an earth-friendly environment.” As one, we accept responsibility to do our part for environmental protection. Our precision metal forming processing division is practicing concrete environmental considerations in many areas: for example we have introduced “alkaline ion water washers” to clean our products. Our factory thus emits almost only water; we do not emit any organic solvents, which damage the environment. Fundamentally we promote “no-wash processing,” contributing to economization of our precious water resources. We use fast drying oils that completely evaporate within 24 hours in our press processing. Our production lines are designed to switch high-volume oil using cutting processes to press production: also contributing to reducing environmental footprint. As we aim to be a clean factory worthy of Ogaki, city of water, we continue to strive for environmental protection in all areas of our business.
