PEC has a great social responsibility to fulfill: beginning with our employees and our stockholders expand range throughout the region and beyond.
As probably many readers are aware, CSR stands for Corporate Social Responsibility. Pacific Engineering is not alone, with our employees, stockholders, clients and partner companies receiving much care from our local regions. (This includes the areas around our overseas plants.) For all these people, recognized as having a stake, we think it is possible to grow continuously as a business.
For this CSR way of thinking to fully penetrate our company will take some time, but as that circle widens we would like to be able to publish an annual CSR report.
Professional Development Activities
- 5S, waste reduction, quality improvement and other operation reform activities
- Various commendations (Recognizing continuous service, etc.)
- Fire prevention activities
- Improving health consciousness (quitting smoking, overcoming metabolic syndrome)
- Increasing environmental contribution consciousness
